Do not leave cooktop unattended during "pre-
heat" (knobs turned to HI) or anytime the knobs
are turned to H! with food on the grill.
1. Preheat 5 minutes on HI before cooking (except for
rare steaks and hamburgers preheat 10 minutes).
Turn to setting on guide for your particular food.
2. Before cooking steaks, slash fat around edges to
prevent curling of meat.
3. Suggested cooking times should be used only as a
guide, since variables in food can change cooking
times.
