Before the glass door can be
removed, the safety screen must be
removed, refer to “SAFETY SCREEN
REMOVAL / INSTALLATION” section.
The glass door is secured to the
top front edge of the fi rebox with
two handles. Pull the handles of the
latches forward, then lift the handles
out from the door frame to release the
top of the door. Next, pivot the door
forward until the top edge clears the
front of the appliance. Carefully grip
the sides of the door lifting it out from
the retainer along the bottom of the
door.

THE DOOR LATCHES ARE PART OF A SAFETY RELIEF SYSTEM AND MUST BE PROPERLY
ENGAGED. DO NOT OPERATE THE APPLIANCE WITH LATCHES DISENGAGED.
FACING AND/OR FINISHING MATERIALS MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH AIR FLOW THROUGH AIR
OPENINGS, LOUVRES OPENINGS, OPERATION OF LOUVRES OR DOORS OR ACCESS FOR
SERVICE. OBSERVE ALL CLEARANCES WHEN APPLYING COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
BEFORE DOOR IS REMOVED TURN THE APPLIANCE OFF AND WAIT UNTIL APPLIANCE IS COOL TO
THE TOUCH. DOORS ARE HEAVY AND FRAGILE SO HANDLE WITH CARE.
