15.10: Evaporator Access
To access the evaporator (lower compartment) remove the 4 screws securing the
evaporator cover. Once the cover is removed the top of the cover can be lowered. At
this time, reach behind the cover and disconnect the evaporator fan. The cover can now
be removed from the compartment.
Location of ambient thermistor is
located behind the toe grill and
secured to the top of the machine
compartment, centrally located in
the condenser intake air.
The evaporator is located
behind the bottom back panel.
