Cooling fan run-on
The cooling fan will continue to run for a
while after the oven has been switched
off to prevent any humidity building up
in the oven compartment, on the fascia
panel or on the oven housing unit.
- Temperature controlled
The cooling fan switches off when
the temperature in the oven drops
below 70°C.
- Time controlled
The cooling fan switches off after a
period of about 25minutes.
Condensate can damage the oven
housing unit and the worktop and
lead to corrosion in the oven.
If you have set the cooling fan
toTime controlled and leave food in
the oven compartment to keep
warm, moisture levels in the oven will
increase, leading to condensation
forming on the fascia panel and
surrounding kitchen furniture, and
drops of moisture collecting under
the worktop.
Do not leave food in the oven
compartment to keep it warm if you
have selectedTime controlled.
Safety
Sensor lock
The sensor lock prevents the cooking
programme being switched off by
mistake or settings being changed.
Apart from the On/Off sensor control,
the activated sensor lock prevents the
sensor controls and fields in the display
from working a few seconds after a
programme has been started.
- On
The sensor lock is activated. Touch
the OKsensor control for at least
6seconds to deactivate the sensor
lock for a short period of time.
- Off
The sensor lock is deactivated. All
sensor controls react to touch as
normal.
System lock
The system lock prevents the oven
being switched on by mistake.
The minute minder and the MobileStart
function can still be used when the
system lock is active.
The system lock will remain activated
even after a power failure.
- On
The system lock has been activated.
Before you can use the oven, touch
the OKsensor control for at least
6seconds.
- Off
The system lock is deactivated. You
can use the oven as normal.
