Top/bottom heating For baking and roasting on one level. Ideal for cakes with moist toppings (e.g. cheese-
cake)

Circo-roasting For poultry and larger pieces of meat

Full-surface grill For large amounts of flat, small items for grilling (e.g. steaks, sausages)

Bottom heating For food and baked items on which you want a crust to form, or which need more
browning on the underside. Switch on Bottom heating at the end of the baking time for
a short time only.

Slow cooking For tender pieces of meat that are to be cooked medium/medium rare or à point
