Temperature Selection Chart
n The temperature, type and amount of food,
and the time held will affect the quality of the
food.
n Food in heat-safe glass and glass-ceramic
utensils may need a higher control setting as
compared to food in metal utensils.
n Repeated opening of the drawer allows hot
air to escape and food to cool.
n Allow extra time for the temperature inside
the drawer to stabilize after adding items.
n With large loads it may be necessary to use a
higher thermostat setting and cover some of
the cooked food items.
n Do not use plastic containers or plastic wrap.
