Proofing
1. Place the dough to be proofed on the
second level.
2. Select proofing from the “special
features” menu.
3. Press to confirm you want to start the
proofing function.
4. The appliance will begin preheating.
5. ...and then proceed with the selected
operation.
6. While the function is underway, a timer
can be set for a maximum of 4 hours (see
“Timer operation during a function”), a
proofing duration (see “Timed cooking”)
or delayed proofing (see “Cooking
delayed”). Press the symbol to
modify as desired.
7. At the end of the cycle, “function
completed” will be displayed and a
buzzer will sound (which can be turned
off by pressing the symbol).
For good proofing, place a
container of water at the bottom of
the oven.
If not set to a different length, the
proofing function will last 13 hours
at most.
For better proofing, the light inside
the oven will remain off, but it can
be turned on by pressing the
symbol.
It is not possible to modify the
default temperature for the
proofing function (100°F).
