Place the lid on the cooker base and turn clockwise to close.
For long cooking times, check periodically to make sure the water level remains above the
sealed pouches. If you need to add water, heat it to approximately the same temperature
as the water in the container to avoid cooling the water.
Once the Cook cycle has completed, use the Sauté Smart Program, a pan, browning torch,
or barbecue to sear meat to your preference.
