If you experience any problems that you cannot resolve, please contact the reseller where the product was
purchased.
Problem Solution
The printer and Wi-Fi access
point/router are not turned on
Make sure you have confirmed all instructions in Overview on page 159.
I do not know my printer's
network settings, such as the IP
address
Check [Communication Settings] in the Printer Setting Tool.
See Change the Printer Settings on page 46.
The printer is not connected
correctly to the network.
Check the WLAN icon on the LCD.

: The printer is already connected some wireless network. Check
the wireless network information and confirm to connect your Wi-
Fi access point/router correctly.
: The printer is searching for the network. Make sure the Wi-Fi
access point/router is available and wait a while. Then the printer
is still not connected, set up the printer's Wi-Fi connection again.
No icon : The wireless network feature on your printer is off. Make sure that
the printer is in the mode you want to connect to.
Problem Solution
The charge indicator turned off, but the battery
has not fully charged.
Charging stopped because the battery became too hot or too cold.
Please wait and try charging the battery later.
The charge indicator flashes orange. An error occurred during charging.
Wipe the charging terminals of the charger and the battery with
a dry cloth.
Replace the battery with a new one.
Wait and try charging the battery later.
