Using the Smart Diagnosis
Function
Getting Started
The Robot Cleaner uses this Smart Diagnosis
function to run a self-diagnosis. If any
irregularity is found from the diagnosis, please
contact the authorized LG Electronics service
center.

Turn on the Main Power Switch of the
Robot Cleaner and then dock the Robot
Cleaner on to the Home Station.
• The Smart Diagnosis function is only
available while the Robot Cleaner is
charging.

Remove items within 1 m that are in the
way of the Robot Cleaner.
• During the Smart Diagnosis, the Robot
Cleaner move approximately within a 50
cm radius.

Press the Diagnosis button on the Remote
Control and then the process starts with a
voice message.
• The Robot Cleaner returns back to the
Home Station when the Smart Diagnosis
has finished.

The Robot Cleaner announce the result
through a voice message.
• To repeat the voice message, press the
Home button.

Press the Start/Stop button to terminate the
diagnosing process.
• After the Smart Diagnosis voice message,
the Robot Cleaner will begin recharging
after 1 minute.
• If an error is detected with any of the
Obstacle Detection Sensors whilst in the
Smart Diagnosis, a voice message will
announce, and the Robot Cleaner will not
return to the Home Station.
