Charging
Notes for Use
If the charging terminals are dirty or covered
or obstructed with foreign material, the Robot
Cleaner may not be charged normally. Clean
using a soft cloth.
It takes approximately 4 hours to fully charge
the battery after it is completely discharged.
The charging time depends on the status of
battery.
Charging is also available while the main
power switch of the Robot Cleaner turned off.
The remaining battery level indicator blinks
while charging.
If cleaning is not started from the Home
Station or you are lifted and moved the Robot
Cleaner, it may take a longer time to find the
Home Station.
Storing the Robot Cleaner for a long period of
time without periodically charging the battery
may cause a battery malfunction.
If it is necessary to store the Robot Cleaner
for a long period of time, then store the Robot
Cleaner after fully charging the battery every 6
months.
If charging is carried out below 5 ˚C, charging
may not be done. Charge the Robot Cleaner
indoors.
WARNING
The battery of the Robot Cleaner will be
discharged if the Robot Cleaner is stored on
the Home Station while the power plug of the
Home Station is not inserted into a power
outlet.
Wrap the power cable around the cord keeper
to prevent the Robot Cleaner wheels from
rolling over the cable. Failure to do can
damage to the Robot Cleaner, or the
damaged power cable cause an electric shock
or injury.
Battery Level Indicator
The battery level is indicated on the Control
Panel, as follows.
The remaining battery level is displayed in 3
stages (
) according to the
amount of power remaining.
The battery level indicator flashes when the
Robot Cleaner needs to be charged.
The battery level indicator flashes while
recharging is in progress, showing the battery
level.
If recharging is complete, the battery level
indicator turns on. After 10 minutes, only the
battery level and the Start/Stop button are
displayed to save energy.
