Wireless connection
Connect your SoundBar to your router through
a wireless connection.
What you need
• A network router (with DHCP enabled).
For best wireless performance, coverage,
and compatibility, use 802.11n router.
• Computer and mobile devices with media
server software installed.
• For software update, make sure that the
network router has access to the Internet
and is not restricted by rewalls or other
security systems.
Set up the wireless network
Your SoundBar has a built-in Wi-Fi for easy
access to the wireless network. Connect your
SoundBar to your router as shown below, and
then switch on the devices.
1 Connect the SoundBar to a network router
through a wireless connection.
2 Turn on your TV, and switch to the correct
source for the SoundBar.
3 Press (Home).
4 Select [Setup], and then press OK.
5 Select [Network] > [Wireless], and then
press OK.
6 Follow the instructions on the TV to
complete the setup.
» The SoundBar connects to the internet.
7 If connection fails, a failure message is displayed
on your TV. Press OK to return to the previous
menu, and then retry the procedure.
Wired connection
Connect your SoundBar to your router through
a network cable.
What you need
• A network router (with DHCP enabled).
For best performance, coverage, and
compatibility, use 802.11n router.
• A network cable (RJ45 straight cable).
• Computer and mobile devices with media
server software installed.
• For software update, make sure that the
network router has access to the Internet,
and is not restricted by rewalls or other
security systems.
Set up the wired network
Connect your SoundBar to your router as shown
below, and then switch on the devices.
1 Connect the SoundBar to a network router
through a wired connection.
2 Turn on your TV, and switch to the correct
source for the SoundBar.
3 Press (Home).

5 Select [Network] > [Ethernet], and then
press OK.
6 Follow the instructions on the TV to
complete the setup.
» The SoundBar connects to the internet.
