USING THE TREAD+ CONTINUED
CLASS TYPES
Peloton’s schedule includes a variety of different kinds of
classes. Class types may include the following:
TRANSPORTATION*
y Before moving the Tread+, set the incline to 2% or higher
to raise the front feet.
y Make sure to power down and unplug the Tread+ before
moving it.
y One person stands at front, holding the handrail.
y One or two people lift from the back, using handholds.
y Tilt the Tread+ forward to rest on incline wheels.
y Slowly and carefully roll the Tread+ backwards or forwards.
y RUN/WALK: cardio-focused classes taking place entirely
on the Tread+.
y BOOTCAMP: a combination of cardio segments taking
place on the Tread+ and strength segments taking place
off the Tread+.
y FLOOR: a combination of strength, exibility, and cardio
segments taking place off the Tread+.
