2 - Rolling Hills
This workout is a two and a half-minute core workout designed to give the users the experience of riding
constantly rolling hills without the steep grades of the Hills workout. Users will ride at a lower intensity
with twice as much time spent at each resistance level and a two-minute rest period before the core
workout repeats.
