Reset Network Settings
Reset Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and other connection settings
to their defaults.
1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps.
2. Tap Settings > Connections >
settings > Reset network settings.
3. Tap Reset settings, and confirm when prompted.
Ethernet
Connect to a network using an Ethernet connection.
1. Connect an Ethernet cable to your device using an
Ethernet adapter (not included).
2. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps.
3. Tap Settings > Connections >
settings.
4. Tap Ethernet, and follow the prompts.
