[Time Lapse Video]
You can create a motion picture from the pictures in a group that was recorded using
[Time Lapse Shot]. The motion picture you created is saved in the MP4 recording format.
Press to select group pictures you want to use to create a
motion picture and then press [MENU/SET]
Press to select the item and settings and then press
[MENU/SET]
Item Setting Description
[Rec Quality] [FHD] Motion pictures are created using 1920x1080 pixels and
a 16:9 aspect ratio.
[HD] Motion pictures are created using 1280x720 pixels and a
16:9 aspect ratio.
[VGA] Motion pictures are created using 640x480 pixels and a
4:3 aspect ratio.
[Frame Rate] [6fps] 6 pictures are played back in 1 second.
[30fps] 30 pictures are played back in 1 second.
Use to select [Start] and press [MENU/SET]
Confirmation screen is displayed. It is executed when [Yes] is selected. Exit the
menu after it is executed.
When you select a picture quality for an aspect ratio different from the group pictures,
a motion picture is displayed with a black bar on the top/bottom side or left/right side.
When you select [Rec Quality] larger than the group pictures, the pictures will be
grainy.
We recommend using a fully charged battery or AC adaptor (supplied) when creating
a motion picture.
If the power supply is cut off due to a power outage or for other reasons (e.g. the AC
adaptor is disconnected) while a motion picture is being created using the AC adaptor
(supplied), the motion picture being created is not recorded.
You can create a motion picture with a recording time of up to 29 minutes 59 seconds.
When a motion picture is shorter than 1 second, “0s” will be displayed for the motion
picture recording time (→57).
