WARNING:
Please read this manual carefully before using the product. Failure to
do so may result in serious injury. SAVE THIS MANUAL
1. Open the poly bag, destroy the poly bag, or keep it away from your child
to avoid the risk of suffocation.
2. Never leave the child unattended.
3. When the product is in use, always use a restraint system. Make sure
that the caster is in a locking position.
4. Do not press the folding mechanism and make sure that it is locked into
place when your child is on the diaper table top.
5. The product must be put in a level position in any condition, or serious
injury may occur if your child falls out of the product when it is tipping
over. Stop using this product once when the height of a child is more
than 70cm or the weight is 15KG whichever comes first.
6. Never use this product when there are broken, torn, or missing spare
parts. Keep away from fire, and stay away from strong heat sources
such as heaters to avoid fire.
7. Do not place this product near the window, the curtain and its
accessories may cause a risk of suffocation.
ASSEMBLY PRECAUTIONS
1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can
create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves
during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or
medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled
products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely

supporting the Changing Tables.
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following
pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap
and separate all parts in a clean work area.
USE PRECAUTIONS
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND DEATH FROM TIPPING:
1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this
item.
2. Do not exceed weight capacities. Please empty Changing Tables before
moving.
3. Use only on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely
supporting fully loaded Changing Tables.
4. Use as intended only.
5. Inspect before every use. Do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
6. Only adult is allowed to install the product, please keep child away when
folding and unfolding this product.
7. Clean and maintain the product frequently, Check it periodically to
ensure that all rivets and washers are secure and safe.
8. When moving or adjusting this product, infants and children can not be
left on the diaper care top.
9. The product must be put in a level position and not lean on the wall or
other objects after the product is folded for unnecessary use.
10. Any goods put in the bottom basket must not exceed 3KG.
11. Do not leave this product in a humid space such as a bathroom for a
long time, which will reduce the service life of the product.
