The ADF CIS lamp is damaged or not lit.
Replace the CIS unit.

parts occurs.
Restart MFP or replace scanner parts that
fail.

Lamp error (FB)
The flatbed CIS lamp is damaged or not lit.
Replace the flatbed CIS unit.

Scanning unit is locked.
Move the lock switch near the glass platen
to the used position.

ADF paper jam occurs during
scanning process.
1. Open ADF cover.
2. Remove the jammed paper.
3. Close ADF cover.

ADF cover opens.
Close ADF cover.

When the number of jobs in the Job status
reaches 100, this error occurs.
Delete some jobs to make the total number
