Service Registration: Choose the service items you wish to display on the touch
screen.

Check to enable Copy, Storage Copy, Scan, Reprint
Saved Job, ID Card Copy, E-mail, or CSA6 respectively
on the touch screen.

Account Management: Used to setup user account and specify user privileges.

Enablement
Enable/ disable the account and over quota function.
Enable User Authenticationallows the
administrator to specify user’s privileges and limitation
to use a certain function.
Enable over quotaallows a user to complete the
job which happens to exceed his or her limitation.
Users
Used to enter a user name, edit a password, or choose
a user's role (System Administrator/ Account
Administrator/ User).
System Administrator: The default login name and
password for a system administrator are both admin. A
system administrator can modify all settings on the
product.
Account Administrator: An account administrator
cannot disable Account function, set up Over Quota,
specify User Role, and edit other people’s user
names/passwords. All settings in Tools of Machine
Status can not be set up, either.
User: A user can edit only his or her user
names/passwords. All settings in Tools of Machine
Status can not be set up.
Click Add New User to specify the usage limits for
print, and copy.
Report and Reset: Used to generate a usage report and reset all usage data to zero
or default.
