Options in the Administrative Mode:

Power Saving Off
Turn off the power saving (energy saving) mode.
Factory default settings: ON
Format Storage
Format the SD card in the device. The SD card saves the
current jobs including storage print, storage copy, and
scan to device on the machine.
Format the SD card when there is no job waiting or the
function can not be executed. After pressing this option,
a confirmation dialog box will be prompted. Choose Yes
to continue. After the formatting is finished, you need to
reboot the system to complete.
Reset Admin.
Password
Press to reset the password of the Administrator (if this is
enabled) back to default – [admin].
Reset Counter
Reset the counter of consumable components including
Fuser and ADF pad after replacement. If the counter has
not been reset, the [Fuser near end] or [Fuser life
end] warning message will be continuously displayed.
Choice: Fuser/ADF Pad
Note you need to enter the S/N of the new fuser while
reset the fuser counter.
Save Temporary
Print Storage
Set to store the temporary jobs from PC Print, Webpage
print.
Choice: On/Off
On: The temporary print jobs from PC, or Webpage will
be stored after turning off and then on the machine.
Off: The temporary print jobs from PC, or Webpage will
be deleted after turning off and then on the machine.
