HorizonFitness warrants the electroniccomponents,finish
and all original parts for a period of oneyear from the date
of original purchase, so long as the deviceremains in the
possessionof the original owner
LABOR• I YEAR
HorizonFitness shall coverthe labor cost for the repair
of the device for aperiod of oneyear from thedate of the
original purchase, so long as the device remains in the
possessionof the original owner

or defectivepart and is the soleremedyof the warrant_

• Normalwearand tear,improperassemblyor maintenance,or
installation ofparts or accessoriesnot originallyintendedor
compatible with the equipmentassold.
• Damageor failure due toaccident,abuse,corrosion,discoloration
of paint orplastic, neglect,theft, vandalism, fire,flood,wind,
lightning, freezing,or othernatural disastersof anykind, power
reduction,fluctuation or failure from whatevercause,unusual
atmosphericconditions,collision,introduction of foreignobjects
into thecoveredunit, ormodifications that areunauthorizedornot
recommendedbyHorizonFitness.
• Incidental orconsequentialdamages.HorizonFitnessis not
responsibleor liable forindirect,special orconsequentialdamages,
economicloss,lossof property,or profits, loss ofenjoymentor use,
or otherconsequentialdamagesof whatsoevernaturein connection
with the purchase,use,repairor maintenanceof the equipmenL
• Equipmentusedforcommercialpurposesoranyuseother thana
single family orHousehold,unlessendorsedbyHorizonFitnessfor
coverage.
• Equipmentownedor operatedoutsidethe USand Canada.
• Defivery,assembly,installation, setupfor originalor replacement
units orlabor orother costsassociatedwithremovalorreplacement
of the coveredunit.
• Anyattempt to repair this equipmentcreatesa risk ofinjury,
HorizonFitnessis not responsibleorliable for anydamage,lossor
liability arising from anypersonalinjury incurredduring the course
of, or asaresult of anyrepair orattemptedrepair ofyourfitness
equipmentby other thanan authorizedservice technician. All
repairsattemptedbyyouonyourfitness equipmentareundertaken
ATYOUROWNRISKand HorizonFitnessshall havenoliability for
anyinjury tothe personorpropertyarising fromsuchrepairs.
SERVICE/RETURNS
• In-homeserviceis available within150miles of thenearest
authorizedrepair center(Mileagebeyond150milesfrom an
authorizedservicecenteris theresponsibilityof the consumer).
• AIIreturns must bepre-authorizeflbyHorizonFitness.
• HorizonFitness'obligation underthis warrantyis limited to
replacingorrepairing, at HorizonFitness' option,the sameor
comparablemodelat oneof its authorizedservicecenters.
• A HorizonFitnessauthorizedservicecentermust receiveall
equipmentforwhicha warrantyclaim is made. Thisequipment
must bereceivedwith all freight and other transportationcharges
prepaid,accompaniedbysufficient proof ofpurchase.
• Replacementunits,parts andelectroniccomponentsreconditioned
toAs-newConditionbyHorizonFitnessor its vendorsmay
sometimesbesuppliedas warrantyreplacementand constitute
fulfillment of warrantyterms.
• Thiswarrantygivesyou specificlegalrights, andyourrights may
varyfromstate tostate.
