1.Oncethe THRZONEprogramhas beenchosen,pressENTER.
2. Choosethe desiredTIMEusing theARROWKEYSand press ENTER.
3. Choosea TARGETHEARTRATEusing theARROWKEYSand pressENTER.
Note:Usethe chart providedin this guide, to determineyourtarget heartrate.
4.Choosea Weightusing theARROWKEYSand pressENTER.
5. PressSTARTtobeginyourprogram.
After the4 minute warm-upperiod,the INCLINElevel will increasegradually toget theuser to theenteredTARGETHEART
RATEZONE.Oncethe useris at the TARGETHEARTRATEZONE(plus or minus 5 beats per minute) the INCLINElevel wifl
remain until you wouldrise aboveor drop belowyou TARGETHEARTRATEZONEat which time the incline wouldadjust
accordingly. Thelast 4 minutesof the program will begin the cooldownperiod.At this time, the program will gradually
decreasethe resistanceleveltogive theusera smoothcooldown.
