Ingredients
2 x 50 ml espressi
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 scoop of coffee ice-cream
250 ml milk
5 speculoos (a Dutch spiced shortbread biscuit)
Pour the 2 espressi and allow them to cool.
Pour the cold espressi into your blender, add the ice cream, milk and
speculoos.
Mix for 15 to 20 seconds and pour into your glass. Serve with a straw.
