Rice Pudding
1. Add rice, whole milk, water, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
and vanilla to cooking pot. Stir to combine.
2. Close and lock lid. Set to pressure cook on low for
20 minutes.
3. When the time expires, release pressure and remove lid.
4. Add sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.
5. Serve immediately with whipped cream and candied
pecans, if using.
2 cups Arborio rice, rinsed
and drained
4 cups whole milk
1 cup water
2 tsp salt
