5. CLI Commands
show session
Use the show session command to view a list of active sessions, i.e. users logged into the device.
Syntax
show session <session-#> [duration | location | name | time | type | username]
show session location <location>
show session name <name>
show session type {console | web}
show session username <username>
• location – Specifies the location for which all active sessions are to be displayed.
• name – Specifies the full name for which all active sessions are to to be displayed.
• session-# – Specifies the session number for which information is to be displayed.
• username – Specifies the user name for which all active sessions are to be displayed.
Examples
The following command displays all active sessions:
console> show session

sftp
sftp enable
Use the sftp enable command to enable SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) service. Use the no form of this command to
disable the SFTP service. The SFTP service can only be enabled if the SSH service is enabled; by default, both SSH and SFTP
are enabled. Note that SFTP service is also tied to SCP service; enabling or disabling SFTP will automatically enable or disable
SCP, respectively.
Syntax
sftp enable
no sftp enable
Examples
The following command disables SFTP service:
console> no sftp enable
Update complete
Note: Use the “apply network” command to complete the change. This may cause a system
reboot.
