ldap-server: anonymous
anonymous enable
Use the anonymous enable command to enable anonymous bind for the LDAP server entry. Use the no form of this
command to disable anonymous bind. If anonymous bind is disabled, a bind domain name and password must be specified.
Anonymous bind is enabled by default.
Syntax
anonymous enable
no anonymous enable
Example
The following command disables anonymous bind for entry “LDAPsrvr1”:
console> ldap-server (LDAPsrvr1)> no anonymous enable

show anonymous
Use the show anonymous command to display the anonymous bind status for the LDAP server entry.

show anonymous
Examples
The following command displays the anonymous bind status for entry “LDAPsrvr1”:
console> ldap-server (LDAPsrvr1)> show anonymous

ldap-server: attribute
attribute
Use the attribute command to optionally enter a login name attribute for the LDAP server entry. Use the no form of this
command to clear the attribute string.
Syntax
attribute <attribute>
• attribute – Specifies the attribute to be associated with the login name. If spaces are required , bookend the attribute with
quotation marks (“).

Examples
The following command adds attribute “vetted” to LDAP server entry “SRV-LDAP”:
console> ldap-server (SRV-LDAP)> attribute vetted
