ipv6 gateway
Use the ipv6 gateway command to set the IPv6 address for the gateway.
Syntax
ipv6 gateway <gateway-address>
• gateway-address – Specifies the IPv6 address for the gateway.
Examples
The following command sets fe80::7e9a:54ff:fee2:380 as the IPv6 address for the gateway:
console> ipv6 gateway fe80::7e9a:54:fee2:380
Update complete
NOTE: Use the “apply network” command to complete the change. This may cause a system
reboot.
show ipv6
Use the show ipv6 command to display the current settings for the IPv6 service.
Syntax
show ipv6 [status | address | gateway]
Examples
The following command displays all IPv6 service information:
console> show ipv6
IPV6 Status : enabled
IPV6 Address : 2018:aa9:0:1234::567/64
IPV6 Gateway : fe80::7e9a:54:fee2:380
