General
A commercial heavy duty, gas fired Target Top having a high output, two stage double-ring cast iron
burner offering accurate temperature control and infinitely variable heat with heat radiating out from
centre of Target Top. Main Burner is located beneath removable cast target top plates.
The Target Top is constructed as a hob unit and is available on Leg Stand (-LS), Bench Mount (-B),
Cabinet Base (-CB) or to fit on a Refrigeration Base Unit (-RB).
