• Circuit breaker istripped. • Reset circuit breaker. (If the product repeatedly causes the circuit breaker to trip,
discontinue use immediately and have it serviced at a Black+Decker service
center or authorized servicer.)
• Cord or switch isdamaged. • Have cord or switch replaced at a Black+Decker Service Center or
AuthorizedServicer.
• Mop will not makesteam. • No water in watertank. • Add water to the water tank.
• SmartSelect™ dial is not turnedon. • Turn SmartSelect™ dial to desiredsetting.
• Mop leaves water onfloor. • Cleaning pad is toowet. • Unplug unit from power outlet and change the micro-fiber cleaningpad.
• Mop left spot onfloor. • SmartSelect™ dial is turned up toohigh. • Adjust SmartSelect™ dial to reduce or increase the amount of steam
beingproduced.
• Mop left in one spot toolong. • Never leave the steam mop on the floor with a damp or wet cleaning pad still
attached when not inuse.
• Hardwater. • Use distilledwater.
