Oven Fan
A cooHhg fan wiHHautomaticaHHyturn on durhg some baling
operations. It is used to keep internaH parts on the controH
paneHcool The fan wiHHautomaticaHHyturn off when parts have
cooHed.The fan may continue to operate after the oven has
been turned off. This is normal
Oven Vent
When the oven is h use the area near the vent may become
hot enough to cause burns. Never Mock the vent opening.
The oven vent is located at the rear of the cooking
surface.

Oven Light
Pressthe Oven Light switch on the eontroHpaneH
to turn the oven Highton and off. The oven Hight is
onHyactivated by this switch.
Oven Bottom

Protect oven bottom against spiHHovers,especiaHHyacidic or
sugary spiHHs,as they may discoHor the porceHain enamel Use
the correct pan size to avoid spiHHoversand boiHovers. Do not
place utensils or aluminum foil directly on the oven
bottom.
Oven Racks
To remove:
1. PuHHrack straight out untiHit
stops at the Hock-stop position.
2. Lift up on the front of the rack
and puHHout.
To replace:
1. PHacerack on the rack supports in the oven.
2. TiHtthe front end up sHightHy.SHe rack back untiHit dears
the Hock-stop position.
3. Lower front and sHideback into the oven.
Never cover an entire rack with aluminum foil or place
foil on the oven bottom. Raking results wimmbe affected
and damage may occur to the oven bottom.
Rack Positions
RACK 5: Used for toasting
bread or broiHingthin, non-
fatty foods.
RACK 4: Used for most
broiHing.
RACK 3: Used for most baked
goods on a cookie sheet or
jeHHyroHHpan, Hayercakes, or
frozen convenience foods and generaHsingHe-rack baking.
Used for broiHingchicken and fish on LO.

RACK 2: Used for pound cakes, Bundt cakes, pies, casseroHes
and roasting smaHHcuts of meat.
RACK 1: Used for pound cakes, 9 x 13 cakes, pies and
roasting Hargecuts of meat and pouHtry.
MULTIPLE RACK COOKING:
Two rack: Use rack positions 2 and 5, or 1 and 4.
Note: Never place pans directly on the oven bottom.
Baking Layer Cakes on Two Racks
o Do not use the oven for storing food or cookware.
The oven has two racks. AHHracks are designed with a
Hock-stop edge.
