• Disconnect the charging source prior to connecting or disconnecting battery terminals.

wiring can cause injury.
Replacing the internal battery
The internal battery is heavy. Use caution when handling heavy batteries.

To replace the battery pack:
1. Remove the center cover of the front panel.
2. Remove the two screws to open the left front panel.
3. Disconnect the battery connectors.
A ribbon cable connects the LCD control panel to the UPS. Do not pull or disconnect the cable.
