SmartStart
The SmartStart function is active when
the SmartGrid programmable
function is switched on.
The SmartStart function lets you define
a time period during which your
washer-dryer will start automatically
based on an external signal. The appli-
ance will start on receipt of a signal,
e.g. from your energy supplier, that in-
dicates that the electricity tariff is par-
ticularly economical.
The time period can be defined
between 30minutes and 24hours. Dur-
ing this period, the washer-dryer waits
for the external signal. If no signal is
sent during the defined period, the
washer-dryer starts the programme.
Setting the time period
If the SmartGrid programming
functions are activated, the function of
the sensor control changes. The
time display no longer shows the
delay start period, and instead shows
the time period in which your washer-
dryer can be started automatically
(see “Programmable functions –
SmartGrid”).
The procedure for setting this is the
same as for setting the delay start time.
Touch the sensor control.
Set the time period you want using
the or sensor controls.
Touch the Start/Add laundrysensor
control.
