FREEZING THE COLLING CONTAINER
The most important step in making frozen desserts is to make sure the cooling container is properly frozen. Your
ice cream Maker features a fixed bowl and requires thoroughly frozen. For best results, the container should be
wrapped in a plastic bag and placed upright in the back of your freezer, where the temperature is the coldest.
Wrapping your container in a plastic bag will guard against frost.
Before use, the cooling container must be kept in freezer at the temperature of under – 18 for more than
8 hours.
HOW TO USE YOUR ICE CREAM MAKER
1. Prepare the mixture for the ice cream according to your flavor.
2. IMPORTANT: Do not remove cooling container from freezer until recipe is prepared. It is critical to keep the
cooling container as cold as possible prior to assembling the appliance as it begins to thaw immediately upon
removal from the freezer.
3. Assemble the appliance:
a) Place the motor unit over the lid, lining up the locking tabs over the lid tab holes. Press
down firmly to lock in place; there will be a click” sound when the tabs are locked
correctly.
b) Insert the rotation paddle into the motor unit opening.
4. Take out the cooling container from the freezer and place it on a stable and horizontal surface.
5. Place the assembled motor and lid over the cooling container. Align the 3 locking posts on the inside of lid
bottom with the 3 locking slots on the outside of the top rim of the cooling container. Turn the lid assembly
clockwise to lock lid firmly in place.
6. Plug in and then press the ON/OFF button to position “I”, the appliance will run normally.
7. Pour the prepared mixture into the cooling container slowly from the feed mouth.
Note: The appliance must be on before adding ingredients.
8. Leave the machine on for approximately 15-30 minutes, or until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
Press the ON/OFF button to position “O” to turn off the appliance.
The direction of the rotation will change if the mixture becomes too thick. If it happens, the ice cream is
completely finished, turn off the appliance immediately.
Note: Do not turn the appliance off during use, as the mixture may freeze and prevent the movement of the
rotation paddle.
