Mango, Apple and Black
Bean Salsa (Yield: 4 cups)
Ingredients:
1 (15-ounce) can black beans
1/4 cup apple pulp
4 mangos, diced
1 apple, diced
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Rinse black beans and transfer
to large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients to
bowl and toss to combine.
3. Season with salt and pepper
and enjoy.
Heavenly Apple Sauce
(Yield: 2 cups)
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 cups seedless apple pulp
2 cups natural apple juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons pure honey
Directions:
1. Add water to medium saucepan
and bring to boil.
2. Add pulp and apple juice to
pan, reduce heat and simmer
for 10 minutes.
3. Mix in cinnamon, nutmeg and
honey and enjoy.
