INSTRUCTIONS
Turn START/PAUSE to nd the
program number to save your edits.
Press PROG for 1 second to save
and store the edits.
2. Edit During Cooking:
During cooking, press TEMP/TIME
and use the START/PAUSE dial to
adjust the cooking temperature.
Press the TEMP/TIME and use
START/PAUSE to adjust the
cooking time.
If there are more cooking functions
that you would like to edit, press
STAGE until you reach the function
to edit.
Use TEMP/TIME and START/PAUSE
to make your edits.
The Bravo will continue the cooking
process with the edits that you have
made.
Notes:
Functions that have already ended in
the cooking cycle cannot be edited.
Once all edits are made, continue to
allow the Bravo to cook.
When cooking has nished, the unit
will beep three times and the display
will show End followed by SAVE.
Press PROG for 1 second. The display
will show prog and 101.
Use START/PAUSE to nd the program
number to save your edits to.
Press PROG for 1 second to save and
store your edits.
If you save any recipe to an already
lled memory slot, the new recipe will
override the previous recipe. Any edits
to a preset program (1-100) can only
be saved and stored into program
numbers 101-150. You cannot save an
adjusted preset program to its original
preset program number.
Preset temperatures and times for
program recipes 1-100 can be adjusted.
Carryover Cooking:
Carryover cooking allows the food to be
removed from the heat source, before
the target temperature is reached. The
cooking will nish while resting. It can
be adjusted from 1°F to 30°F, degrees,
in 1° degree increments.
1. Set the cooking temperature.
2. Set the internal probe temperature.
3. To add the carryover feature, press
both Menu + Sear, 10°F will appear,
this is the default.
4. Set the degrees minus the internal
temperature for the Bravo XL to
stop cooking.
5. Once the internal temperature is
reached, the Bravo will make 3 sets
of double beeps.
Adjusted temps and times will not be
saved when a program number (1-100)
is recalled once again.
