Defrosting Tips
Foods/tozen in t)at)er or
t)lasti( (an be de/i'osted
in the package. Tightly
closed packages should
be slit, pierced or _ented
AFFER/ood has partially
det_:osted. Plastic storage
containers should be at
least partially uncovered.
Famil}-size, pretmckaged
/i'ozen dimmers can be
de/i:osted and microwaved.
If the tood is in a/oil
contailler, tr_tl/St(*r it to
a microwave-satb dish.
Foods that spoil easily, such
as milk, egg.',, fish, stuffings,

not be allowed to sit out
