1lemon | juiced and sliced
3garlic cloves | minced
2oz (50g) butter | cubed
1cup (200ml) white wine
1bunch dill | chopped coarsely
1bunch parsley | chopped coarsely

Method
Place all ingredients in the casserole
dish.
