INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 6: Run a test cycle
Run a test cycle to make sure that your washer is correctly installed.
1 Load about 6 lbs. (2.7 kg) of laundry into the tub.
2 Press the (power) button to turn on your washer.
3 Turn the cycle selector to select the Rinse & Spin cycle.
4 Press the (start/pause) button to start the test cycle. Your washer shouldn’t
rock or vibrate excessively when water fills the tub, or when washing or
spinning. Your washer should drain well during the spin cycle.
Step 7: Protect the power cord
1 Keep the power cord away from the skirting line of the wall or any sharp
objects when installing.
2 Rotate the wall stand-off 90° clockwise and make sure that the wall stand-off is
in the stop position.
CAUTIONS:
• If you detect any water leaks while your washer is filling or draining, check
the water connections. See Step 2: Connect the water hoses on page 20 or
Step 3: Connect the drain hose on page 22.
• If your washer rocks or vibrates excessively, level it again. See Step 4: Level
your washer on page 27.
