Accessing 5Star:
With the Jitterbug Touch, you can access 5Star from your lock
screen, because when you need help, time may be of the
essence. To download 5Star from the Google Play Store,
simply tap “5Star” from your featured apps. From there, you
can download it from the Google Play Store.
1. Should you need to access 5Star, simply tap and hold
the 5Star icon and drag it upwards.
2.Tapthe5StarbuttontoconnecttoaCertied5Star
Agent, who will identify you and your location, evaluate
the situation, and get you the help you need.
5Star can only be used if the app is installed on your
phone and you have registered your account.
