DANGER
WARNING
If the burner does not light within the first
few attempts, there is a problem with the
gas supply.
Turn off the gas at the cylinder
and regulator. DO NOT attempt to operate
fryer until the problem is found and
corrected. Refer to Troubleshooting Tips
on page 21.
If burner flame does NOT ignite immediately, or is accidentally
extinguished, tur
n off the LP cylinder and regulator.
Wait 5 minutes for gas to evacuate before re-lighting.
Follow steps 1 - 5 above to reignite burner.
Always use caution when re-lighting
as appliance frame and oil will be HOT
.
DANGER
TURNING OFF THE FRYER
1. T
urn off LP gas cylinder valve first to prevent gas from being left in the regulator hose system under
pressure. This will allow the propane gas to "bleed" from the r
egulator hose and assembly.
2. Turn regulator valve to the OFF position.
3. Disconnect the regulator hose assembly from the LP cylinder to store the unit.
