BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE
Check the following before you call for service.

The power supply cannot be
turned on.
Check that the power switch is turned on.
The power supply
automatically turns off.
This is not a failure. Robot Cleaner has its own power saving
function.
If it is not used for ten minutes after the power supply is turned on,
the power will automatically turn off.
The Robot Cleaner will not
charge.
s Check whether the main power switch is turned on.
s Remove objects around the home station.
s Conrm that the power supply is connected to the home station.
s Wipe the charging terminals with a dry cloth.
Suction power becomes
weak.
s Check whether there is foreign material blocking the suction port.
s Empty the dust bin.
s Clean the dust bin lter.
Noise becomes louder. s Conrm that the dust bin has been mounted properly.
s Conrm that the dust bin lter has been mounted properly.
s Check whether foreign material is caught in the brush.
The Robot Cleaner will not
activate.
s Conrm that the power switch is turned on.
s Conrm that the battery has been charged.
The lower brush does not
rotate.
s Clean the brush.
s Conrm that the brush has been mounted properly.
Movements or travel path are
abnormal.
s Carefully wipe the sensors with a dry soft cloth.
s If the ultra microber mop is attached, conrm that it is mounted
properly.
s Turn the main power switch off and on.
The Robot Cleaner cannot
be activated with the remote
control.
s Replace the remote control batteries.
s Conrm that the control is within the coverage area of the main
unit, which is less than 3
m
.
s Check whether the main power switch is turned on.
