Clean the knobs and the control panel with a damp
cloth.
To clean the pan supports and hob burners, remove
them from their housing by lifting them upwards as
shown in the figure, and immerse them in a solution
of warm water and non-abrasive detergent for
about ten minutes. Rinse and dry carefully.
Always check that none of the burner openings is
clogged.
Be sure to refit the burner correctly, checking the
flame is uniform.
We recommend carrying out this operation at least
once a week and each time it is necessary.
In order for the igniter plugs and thermocouples to
operate correctly, they must be kept clean at all
times. Check them frequently and, if necessary, clean
them with a damp cloth. Dried-on dirt should be
removed with a toothpick or a needle. Take care not
to damage the insulating ceramic components.
Please ensure that the parts are completely dry
before using the burners again.
Look after your oven by cleaning it regularly, each
time it has been used if possible, once the appli-
ance has cooled down: This makes it easier to
remove residues preventing them from being baked
on the next time the oven is used.
Clean the stainless steel parts and enamelled parts
as described in "Cleaning stainless steel surfaces"
and "Cleaning enamelled surfaces".
Take out all the removable parts and clean them
separately. Rinse carefully and dry thoroughly with
a clean cloth.
