Whentheengineisrunningatidle,with
thebrakesreleased,ifpositionR, D or
Misselected,thevehiclemoveseven
withouttheacceleratorbeingpressed.
Whentheengineisrunning,never
leavechildreninthevehiclewithout
supervision.
Whencarryingoutmaintenancewith
theenginerunning,applytheparking
brakeandselectpositionP.
If position Nisselectedinadvertently
whiledriving,allowtheenginetoreturn
toidlethenselectpositionD before
accelerating.
Iftheambienttemperatureisbelow
-23°C,theengineshouldbeleftatidle
forfourminutes,toensurethecorrect
operationandlifeoftheengineand
gearbox.
Moving off
F Applytheparkingbrake.
F Select position P or N.
F Starttheengine.
Iftheseconditionsarenotmet,thereisan
audiblesignal,accompaniedbythedisplayof
anwarningmessage.
F Withtheenginerunning,pressthebrake
pedal.
F Releasetheparkingbrake.
F Select position R, D or M.
F Graduallyreleasethebrakepedal.
Thevehiclemovesoffimmediately.
