Detergent quantity
This function only becomes visible
when External DOS is activated.
When using liquid dispensing via an
external dispensing module, you can
dispense the detergent according to the
detergent manufacturer's instructions in
milliliters or as a percentage.
– Value in ml
30ml is set as standard. The
dispensed quantity can be modified
between 10 and 100ml in 2ml steps.
– Value in %
0.50% is set as standard. The
dispensed quantity can be modified
between 0.17 and 1.67% in 0.03 -
0.04% steps.
Setting the dosage:
Set the dosage according to the
detergent manufacturer's
recommendations.
The dishwasher uses approx. 6.5l of
water for the main wash cycle.
Example:
The detergent manufacturer
recommends 4ml (or 0.07%) of
detergent per liter of water.
6.5l x 4ml/l = 26ml.
(6.5l x 0.07%/l = 0.455%)
Select the desired amount of
detergent or dosage concentration
and press the center button to
confirm.
Venting DOS
The DOS system will not dispense
reliably if there is air in the system.
The DOS system must be vented:
– it is being used for the first time,
– if the liquid cleaning agent reservoir
was not refilled in time and the DOS
system was emptied,
– if the detergent canister was
replaced,
To ensure that the dispensing
system functions properly, prior to
venting make sure that the detergent
container is full enough and that the
dispensing lances are firmly attached
to the containers.
Select Start venting and press the
center button to confirm.
The venting process begins. The
remaining time appears in the display.
The "Pre-rinse" program is offered
directly after the venting process is
finished. Start the program in order to
dilute and drain any detergent that
escaped into the wash chamber.
