Playing the iPod
You can enjoy the sound with your iPod. For details
about iPod, refer to the iPod’s User Guide.
Before connecting the iPod, turn this unit o and
reduce the volume of this unit to its minimum.
1. Insert your iPod to the IPod/USB Port until it ts
into place.
Your iPod is automatically turned on and
recharging starts.
2. Press IPOD/USB.
"IPOD READY" appears for about 3 seconds and
then the current playback status is displayed on
the display window.
3. Operate your iPod by using the supplied remote
control and controls on your iPod.

Compatibility with your iPod may vary
depending on the type of your iPod.

Depending on your iPod’s software version,
it may not be possible to control your iPod
from the unit. We recommend installing the
latest software version.

Adjust the volume to a moderate level
before you connect your iPod and this unit.

If the unit occurs the lack of power supply,
communication failure, or contact faulty,
the iPod error message is displayed on the
display window.

Interference may happen depending on
iPod devices.
y
iPod touch and iPhone have any dierence
in operation other than iPod. You may need
any additional control to use them with this
unit. (e.g. “slide to unlock”)
