Programme Instructions
Weight: 100-800 g Accessories:
For cooking fresh vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliower
and green beans. Place prepared vegetables in a suitable sized
container. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp water per 100 g vegetables. Cover
with cling lm. Pierce cling lm with a knife once in the centre
and 4 times around the edge. Press Fresh Vegetables several
times until the appropriate weight appears, and press Start. Stir
at beeps.

Weight: 200-1000 g Accessories:
For cooking jacket potatoes with a crispier, drier skin.
Choose medium sized potatoes in 200-250 g for best
results. Wash and dry potatoes and prick with a fork several
times. Place directly on wire rack on glass tray. DO NOT
COVER. Press Jacket Potatoes several times until the
appropriate weight appears and press Start.
Weight: 200-400 g Accessories:
For reheating, crisping and browning the top of purchased
precooked pastry items. Remove all packaging and place on
wire rack on glass tray. DO NOT COVER. Press Pastry
Items several times until the appropriate weight appears and
press Start.
Weight: 300-600 g Accessories:
For reheating and browning chilled purchased savoury
dishes eg. Lasagne or Shepherds Pie. Remove any lid or
covering. If it is in a foil container, transfer to a similar sized
heatproof dish and place on glass tray. DO NOT COVER. If
using the heatproof plastic-based dish that food is
purchased in, take care and support underneath when
removing. Press Chilled Crispy Top several times until the
appropriate weight appears and press Start. Stand for
1 minute before serving. Ensure the food is piping hot.
