1.Whenmountingthedoortotheoven,besuretoadjustthedoorparalleltothebottomlineoftheoven
faceplatebymovingtheupperhingeandlowerhingeinthedirectionnecessaryforproperalignment.
2.Adjustsothatthedoorhasnoplaybetweentheinnerdoorsurfaceandovenfrontsurface.Ifthedoor
assemblyisnotmountedproperly,microwaveenergymayleakfromthespacebetweenthedoorandoven.
3.Dothemicrowaveleakagetest.
4-7 ReplacementofFuse
1.Disconnecttheovenfromthepowersource.
2.When the fuseblowsoutbytheoperationofinterlockmonitorswitchfailure,replacetheprimaryinterlock
switch,doorsensingswitch,monitorswitchandpowerrelay.
3.Whentheabovethreeswitchesoperateproperly,checkifanyotherpartsuchasthecontrolcircuitboard,
blowermotororhighvoltagetransformerisdefective.
4-8 ReplacementofDriveMotor
1.Takeouttheglasstray,guiderollerandcoupler
fromcavity.
2.Turntheovenupsidedowntoreplacethedrivemotor.
3.Removeascrewsecuringthedrivemotorcover.
4.Disconnectalltheleadwiresfromthedrivemotor.
5.Removescrewssecuringthedrivemotortothecavity.
6.Removethedrivemotor.
7.Whenreplacingthedrivemotor,besureto
remountitinthecorrectposition.
8.Connectalltheleadstothedrivemotor.
9.Screwthedrivemotorcovertothebaseplate
withascrewdriver.
10.Remountthecouplerinthecorrectposition.
Afterreplacementofthedefectivecomponentpartsofthedoor,reassembleitandfollowtheinstructions
belowforproperinstallationandadjustmentsoastopreventanexcessivemicrowaveleakage.
