Operations
Delay Start
With the Delay Start function, you can start cooking at the desired time.
• The clock must be set to the current time.
• You can set the oven for a delay start before setting other cooking operations.
1. Set the desired cooking mode and temperature.
• The Delay Start function is available on Bake (Convection Bake), Roast
(Convection Roast), Bake, Slow Cook, Frozen Food mode.
• Refer to How to use the cooking modes section for detailed instructions.
2. Touch Delay Start.
3. Set the time.
• Set hour, minute, and AM/PM in order.
• Touch or to adjust value, and then touch START/SET to save the setting
and move to next element.
4. Touch START/SET.
• At the set time, a short beep will sound, and the oven will begin heating to the
set temperature.
Keep Warm
When cooking is nished, Keep Warm will hold the food at a safe serving
temperature for up to 3 hours.
After 3 hours, the feature will shut off automatically. You can use the Keep Warm
feature without setting cooking modes or you can set it to activate at the end of
cooking (with the cook time setting). You should not use this feature to reheat cold
food.
Using Keep Warm individually
1. Touch Keep Warm.
2. Touch START/SET.
3. Touch OFF/CLEAR at any time to turn the function off.
Setting the oven to activate Keep Warm at the end of cooking
1. Set the desired mode.
• The Keep Warm function is available on Bake (Convection Bake), Roast
(Convection Roast), Bake, Slow Cook, Frozen Food mode.
• Refer to How to use the cooking modes section for detailed instructions.
2. Touch Keep Warm to turn the function on.
• The Keep Warm icon ( ) appears on the display.
• To turn the function off, touch Keep Warm again. The Keep Warm icon ( )
disappears on the display.
Bread Proof
Bread Proof provides an optimal temperature for the bread proong process, and
therefore does not require a temperature adjustment. For the best results, always
start the Bread Proof option with a cool oven.
1. Touch Bread Proof.
2. Touch START/SET.
3. Touch OFF/CLEAR at any time to end the Bread Proof function.
NOTE
Use rack position 2 for Bread Proof.
