9-12. Charge cable – if the
charge cable cannot be re-
moved

In the event that you cannot remove the
charge cable, you can remove it from
inside the cargo area.
1. Remove the access cover at the
bottom of the rear left trim using a flat-
head screwdriver wrapped with vinyl tape
or a cloth.
1) Cable (yellow)
2. Pull the cable (yellow) to release the
charge cable.
9-13. Rear gate – if the rear
gate cannot be opened

In the event that you cannot open the rear
gate by operating the rear gate opener
button, you can open it from inside the
cargo area.
1. Remove the access cover at the
bottom-center of the rear gate trim using
a flat-head screwdriver wrapped with vinyl
tape or a cloth.
2. Locate the rear gate open lever behind
the rear gate trim panel.
