system has started. It turns off when the
hybrid system has been turned off.
CAUTION
If the Hybrid READY Indicator Light
does not illuminate when the engine
has been started, have your vehicle
checked at a SUBARU dealer.
& Hybrid Fail Lamp

The indicator illuminates when a malfunc-
tion occurs in the hybrid system. Contact
your SUBARU dealer immediately for an
inspection.
& Hybrid Battery Charge

cable is connected to the vehicle.
& Engine hood open
warning light

The warning light illuminates if the engine
hood is not fully closed. This function is
effective even if the ignition switch is in the
“OFF” or “ACC” position, or the key is
removed from the ignition switch.
Always make sure this light is not illumi-
nated before you start to drive.
& Coolant temperature
